Oncs already joke and bitch about all the BMS reps flooding accounts. will 3 reps/terr close the sales gap, or both drugs required testing frontline NSCLC?

Or all about management headcount increases, business sense be damned.

    Think, Mcfly, Think!

The company never learns from MANY past mistakes. The anal management performs the same mistake over and over. There is a complete lack of commonsense. I, as well as most docs, would see ONE rep per company and no more!

The socialist/communist sales model is alive and well! Which one of the three stooges is selling in the geography? Which one of the three stooges is to blame when docs get pissed and stop writing? The answer is whoever is the manager's pet....No accountability continues! Remember the loudest voices in a sales meeting forum for the most part are those that do not work in the territory.

Once the ass-kicking commences and sales plummet, they'll be one-up again in no time.

What ever happened to those SPECIAL reps for oncology? The previous image was one of exceptional sales professionals? Professionals that can sale anything to anyone. They were sooooo special that now we have to have a triad team to sell?
Just say it ain't so. It must be time for a image makeover.

The management has been inbred for decades. I learned to not pay any attention to any of them, went my own way with my homemade detail pieces and retired a mulitmillionaire. Another truth stay completely away from back stabbers in the district and dont give away your secrets. Screw them!

The demise of the oncology group began upon it's initiation, remember incompetent blue dot tongue and his useless marketing team, a team worth shit!

A reminder that Onc leadership has extensive primary care legacy, and apparently that has influenced their strategic thinking.

Oncology space doesn't really correlate to increased head count, increased share of voice, equals increased sales. In fact, many accounts reducing access for oncology companies because of the Novartis, BMS, etc primary care business model.

Or are we going by the military budget mentality of use it or lose it.

The asswipe ruined the optimistic early outlook of the division. Thank goodness he left to BMS and then ruined them!

I did the same, but that's no longer possible. The backstabbers are the only ones still there.

if Merck goes 3-up in oncology, I will quit and so will all the experienced oncology reps. What a joke. Don't do it....

The Primary Care Legacy already destroyed the Vaccine Division. It was only a matter of time before they infested and corrupted yet another succesful specialty division. The Primary Care leadership has the opposite of the Midas touch, everything they touch turns to sh!t.

They are all hired and in final training sessions. Don't expect to hear from them they are forbidden to interact with the sales group.
