Posting for a new commercial director to take on a 'special' launch with internal KAMs and a CSO team. Recipe for another disaster. Wont they ever learn?
Why don't they just shift the PDI sales force on Entresto over to launch the respiratory drug. I think many of them came over from AZ contract and have experience in that market. Plus that is more of a PC market then heart failure. Just don't see a lot of potential for Entresto utilization in primary care. Better to redeploy current resources
How do you know positions are filled already? Don't know of any interviews, aside from PDI recruiter, set up yet. Are they doing these in order by region?
If PTS is doing/has done interviews, why would you know about them? They don't divulge who the company is they're contracting out to until after the team is put together. And no, they don't generally do one region at a time, they have recruiters all over and they occur simultaneously .
Its done silly, just look at internet posts and in particular the Commercial Sales Director hiring post, which STATES in black ink a CSO is being used.
curious why this company can't launch . like, is there no talent to be hired that could do this, or do the powers that be actually believe the narcissistic bs they feed the field about how successful all the failed launches are?
