Stable? In this company? Take your pick!

Psych more stable.currently company putting more focus in Psych. Neuro lost Xenazine. Neuro losing Sabril in summer. Northera not doing as well as expected. Company overestimated market and marketing still not giving sales force enough support to move the product. Onfi doing well. Epilepsy and Movement just merged in Neuro because of these issues.

Huh,no way on the psych thing. Try having 6-8 counter parts to deal with and fighting over who will see each doc everyday thrown in with lots of micro management.

Wow you must have a vacant territory as part of your overlap. I have 15 people to deal with. A true big pharma nightmare.

Must be PC, psych can't have 15 reps. Boooo

Is 110k really the max base salary? That seems low for psych specialty.

Highest salaries about $108,000 with sign on bonus

The only reason to take a job at this place regardless of the salary is if you don't have a job. Poor managers, goals set too high to make any real money, unrealistic call expectations and on and on and on. Now they want to copy the failed policies of big pharma - it is a lousy place to be

Sing on bonus? How much is it?

    $4,000-8,000 sign on bonus

Apparently, many reps never got a dime sign on bonus. And they think we don't talk!

Yup nobody gets rich here. Very conservative pay scale at Lundy. 110k is the absolute max here and you have to jump through hoops to get that. 110 is low for a CNS specialty sales position. 5k is the pretty much the max sign on. My advice is only come here for a temporary stay if need be to get you from point A to
Point B. Enter with caution and expect big Pharma ways.

Newsflash. I've got a truckload of experience in cns and the jobs are not there. 110K is spectacular as a salary range. Many companies are paying 60-90 for cns. This is no joke, salaries are being low balled. For the rep with experience many of these jobs are insults, but the companies know unemployment is high. With the bonus and car/bennies you are pulling in over 150k.

First off, let's clarify, 110k is not given away here to every Joe Blow. It requires special approval. Median base pay here is mid-high 90s range. So, 110k as the max of the range and a median salary in the mid- upper 90s is indeed very low for experienced CNS. Median CNS salary for tenured rep is 110-115k and median max range is 125k and above. So Lundy is definitely 10-15k less than CNS industry averages in both median base pay and max base pay range. 70s & 80s is a joke and is primary care level pay and that's straight up truth!

Maybe not 2 years ago but today reps come to work here for 2 reasons.

    1. They are unemployed
    2. They are underpaid in their current job.

Yea the honeymoon is over here. This place is big Pharma USA now. Call metrics, program metrics, screwed up quotas, reps leaving in herds.....

110 not true. More like 85k for 10+ years in industry& cns. That is still great money. No sign on generally and max is about 9ok. Plus bonus if you can hit your goal so just plan on 85 k or 70 if les exp. don't believe these high numbers.
