What is the anticipated date to have all reps hired? When does training start?

 

Reps have received offers. Signed, Sealed, Delivered. My job already posted.

So, here are the dates I was given.
Final interviews Jan 23rd-27th.
Home study and Salt Lake City study Feb 20th-March 16th
In field April 3rd

 

Why have I and 4 others I know received and sign letter last Friday 1/13. The other dates are correct.

My bone team is expanding just thinking about this.

 

So three years ago Amgen had a massive 20% sales force reduction where many Prolia reps were let go. Some dictricts lost 3 or more reps and many were high performing . Now they are having another expansion .. someone at the top should be fired for all the indecision and waste that goes on here.

 

They change leaders on a yearly basis so someone new can say they had this job and pad their resume.

 

Anyone that is moving to final interview next week get flight arrangements yet?

Salt Lake City? Corporate offices in Thousand Oaks. But yes I have interview in San Fran this coming week. Good to know about Feb 20 potential start, so dont have to wait too long. What happens from March 16 - April 3??? Cant imagine they would pay to just sit around!

 

Any offers out from San Fran yet?

 

Why not, I know a lot of people who do!

 

I think offers will be out tomorrow. Anyone else have any thoughts?
