The fine leadership team in PTS took on the project using "Business Processës" as defined by the V.P. to make a decision around insourcing versus outsourcing. 6 months have passed and they have failed to come up with a solution using their defined business process. That shows you the the systematic flaw is really with the leadership, or lack thereof. I wish Patrick had oversight of the leadership and the petty issue they discuss while ignoring the facts. If you fail at giving the project a good name then the rest is lost. Your thoughts are welcome on this fine team folks.
This sums up GSK, nobody wants to make a decision and ultimately be blamed for a poor one. That's the Philly mentality of quickly deflecting blame when things go wrong and thus not making any decisions to prevent the finger pointing. So this was an initiative from the SVP "JB"? I thought he was decisive? What gives?
Patrick here, I will contact PTS leadership and get to the bottom of this. Please feel free to find me on Lync, e-mail me, or call me. If you feel uncomfortable contacting me, post comments.
Maureen and Steve are out the door. We are going to start focusing on the morons and minions that came in under that tenure. We're make efforts to frustrate the residual morons by disempowering them and giving them petty assignments and then not listening to them. It is a very slow process but we want to make sure that HR is on board with our approach. Check back with us in June.
