If you know, you know. One clear aspect of our recent culture that we all now should embrace is that these surveys are career killers. Too many of our brave, experienced colleagues have been eliminated due to their positive intended words being characterized as “negative” There is clear evidence of the practice of HDs targeting individuals based on their perception of feedback provided. If your wish is to continue to collect a paycheck in this failing endeavor, forgetting to complete this exercise in futility is the best response to maintaining longevity without purpose. At least until the adults step in.
