CEO is corrupted has be one of his chosen BOD names Luigi Lenaz. It's all a Sham. BOD are all bootstrapped to Raj and NEPOTISM prevails.

Maybe but,
I don't think Raj will leave that easily. I heard Kurt scheming with Raj and JT to get upto another $250 million through convertible bonds or stock. If that happens spectrum would have taken money for it's complete market worth as of today say $470 millions. In that case the real actual value of the company will be $0 irrspective what market cap says as that won't be a true perspective of wealth and anyone holding stock will not get any future value from it. Do the math yourself and you will understand. Poor stockholder suffers from every corner.

The company is really buzzing about Raj's possible departure. Maybe it will really happen!! I am hoping it is true so that Spectrum could stand a chance to be as great as many think it could be - without his poor, unstable, and tyrannical leadership as well as the incredible favoritism toward the inexperienced.
