"Share of voice" is at least 10 years old ... It's a term that worked many years ago . You have asked us to change the way we do business but you go back to share of voice . While I am all for having a COMPETANT counterpart for many reasons, 1 is enough ! Not 3 ! A team of 2 is plenty to be able to effectively sell this drug right now. Maybe in the future expand to primary care once a majority of cardiologists are on board . Get rid of hospital reps we can do the job. Get rid of contract it's not needed right now. Listen to your people on what they think will work. We did not ask for more people competing to see the same people that don't want to see us ! This does not help create value it's an annoyance to offices and physicians. So you did not listen. Expanded way to fast in an enviornment where access if getting harder and harder. You have a drug that any PC who writes has to have consulted with a cardiologist for a Majority of prior auths. Now you realize you messed up. Ok so time to fix . You have now created another distraction. People are worried about downsizing ... Before the expansion we were not worried. What IS your plan going forward? How do you create some stability and unity for your teams ? Right now we are all fighting to one up everyone else just to save your job ! How is that helping ? Not to mention the push for programs ... Are you aware many have been called by investigators including our physicians ? How does that look ? Fix it ! Please ...
