"unforeseen circumstances" is pretty bland....looking for more specifics did they just take the money and run? regulatory issue? investment group shut off their funds?

A little bit of both, coupled with a reimbursement Armageddon. It’ll be interesting to see who survives in this sector – aside from Quest and Labcorp. Choice? PCLS? Dominion? And some of the other <50 mil labs?
