Like it or not, the failure of the company to complete the merger/acquisition deal with Allergan is coming home to roost. Revenue has slipped since 2011 and nothing has turned that around. The street is pressuring the company to either break itself up in expectation of the parts being more successful than the whole, or to find something else accretive to buy. Best guess? Break up. All that effort to become the biggest pharma company in the world by acquiring and thereby destroying the cultures of other companies (because there is no room for anything but the Pfizer way), and this the current state of affairs. Nice job Ian and company.
