Acell

It’s stef and Say it with and underbite. I love the Christopha thing you did there- reminds me of tony soprano. I giggled. Lastly I agree that Corey is a clown. I say take it a step further. He is a clown that needs to shave his head, get on Lipitor, take some leadership courses, and try and not look like he shops at goodwill We get it. You like your pink checkered shirt and plaid blazer, butthead

You obviously do not know Corey because he works too hard and doesn't have time to shop for new clothes.

I’ve heard Neuro is a good gig and have been trying to make a move over from wound care, but those positions are few and far between. Been fighting it out on the wound care side for a few years and it is awful. Everything from poor management with tacky fear tactics and micro management; and my RBL is a complete corporate DB who only cares about himself and thinks he’s better than everyone. Weird dynamic to say the least, having what it seems as 2 managers in the RBM/RBL, and my RBM is clueless! Wound care division is a terrible place to work.

neurosurgery is the place to be. Good luck making the move from order taker (wound care) to sales.

R. Davis, since you took over the “wound division” and acquired Acell, sales plummeted and Integra is now a joke…how do you feel about your job? You certainly don’t know what the fuck you’re doing…if a coach in any sport sucks, he/she gets fired. You have had two years of constant sales declining and turnover is higher then ever. The day you let 95% Acell reps go your HR dept said “you can’t go to cases tomorrow”. The next day patients showed up and were turned away or were sent to the OR for a “wash-out”. I can’t wait for patients to hear about this and you will have a massive lawsuit. Sleep well Bobby….what goes around comes around. It’s about to get ugly.

Clearly you don’t understand how hospitals make money.
Taking a patient to the OR for a “wash out” (whatever the fuck that is) is far more lucrative than putting on a dressing.

Bob knows what he’s doing; wound care is a tough way to make a living because there are so many other options for MD to use - plus those same MD’s don’t have any clout.

just suck it up and try to sell.

Strong arming the below average sales force to push an inferior product. Integra is going to continue to pay the consequences for such short sightedness. The acquisition was bad. And now taking your eye off the ball and market trends - Integra is going to be in a world of hurt. Kerecis is out there killing it. Guess what they have a powder to ding bats. Burn world- lots of better options that have more sizzle than a 30 yr old product. You turds get what you deserve
