  • What leadership is going to do moving forward to even the playing field where Medicaid is concerned. The top reps are all (with the exception of a few) Medicaid territories and we are tired of being gaslit to believe that Medicaid isn’t contributing to the majority of their success. Show us you care and make the appreciate adjustments.
    The folks in medi-caid states will have a higher goal than those who don’t. I would imagine that regardless of coverage you will need at least 85 Rx to achieve your goal. You will need to be profitable before you earn a bonus. Nothing comes free.

  • Looks to have a few changes. If you work here simply get it from AskHR site. Don’t ask questions here you can answer yourself. The biggest change is a boost to a minimum or 26wks for pay band 10 and above. Think that’s like senior DBM and above. 2 weeks per year of service with a minimum of 12 wks paid. And they say no bonus is included in severance. I believe it used to be.
    Just to clarify. If I work for 2 years and my partner 6 years, we get the same severance?

    Nope. Kevin Won't layoff anyone. It's easier to just let the talent walk away on its own after it gets fed up dealing with the overpaid lazy idiots here.
