Stop all the bitching just leave. You clowns work 3 days a week and make 150k a year. Go home look at your total compensation statement then decide if it's worth staying.

 

The job sucks and I hate leadership. I'll take the $150k and still complain.

30 hour work week would put a rep in top 10% of hours worked. Most work maybe 15 hours. Week.

 

Almost half of the reps that once were working 15 hours per week now, aren't working anywhere.
