Paula Russell is a manager who employs intimidation tactics, fails to support the team, and lacks basic kindness. She creates a toxic work environment that stifles productivity and morale. She doesn't offer suggestions, just criticism. Not one team member likes her.

 

Why do you think Paula is like that?? If no one likes her on the team and don’t respect her that’s a huge problem. Is that why Nashville is not doing as well?? What do you mean my 1st cut to make?

I'm not her, I don't even know who she is or what area she manages to be honest with you, but I would imagine she knows this thread exists. Just hope she doesn't have one person who likes her on your team, otherwise you're going to get ratted out real quick. Unless she does something seriously bad that can be documented, the company won't do anything about it and she's not going anywhere.
