A just waiting this is the month of mass exodus in Oncology!! Novartis our direct competitor is pouching our best and took the majority of aid off regional managers. Soon these AGMs will be left with no one to face the customer and will struggle to persuade anyone half decent to come to this shit hole. Stocks are terrible, no merit, no bonus systems that don’t work, teams who are in fear of losing their jobs. Instability at is worst and to think leadership thinks this will just pass. Not happening

DSO is utter bS and the leadership has sown us their true colors.

Are they ever going to admit defeat in switching to Athena? In my entire career I have never worked for a company that is so inept at providing their sales force with accurate numbers.

And believe it or not, our fearless Field Operations VP thought ironwood be appropriate to keep the FFD team who manages these systems and FBS teams in tact after the latest round of layoffs inside HQ… such a missed opportunity to weed the grass but I guess this is the Bayer way, keep the shit making in the decisions and get rid of the talent. Smart decision

well FFD manages the quota and attainment in SIQ which is always a mess. The CSDI team just had massive layoffs some of which manage Athena so assuming they may have been effected which is why we are not seeing adjustments. However I though attainment was removed from Athena, no?

How is the reorg going? I left, actually got laid off so wondering how the culture is and what the general feeling is in WHC.
It got so toxic I am fortunate I was let go. Amazing how your body responds to not being on the toxic, sinking ship

It’s a shit show. Paul Bedard and Bill Davis are running Kerendia into the ground so now they have a great idea of having WHC reps sell Kerendia. That will help Mirena sales. Everyone I talk to is looking, even the old timers. Bayer is dying.

This place is a shit show in every division but Paul is definitely making all the decisions which are not working and quite frankly making the culture worse. Co spider yourself lucky to have gotten paid to leave while us others did not and have to wait to find stuff in this crazy market. Trust me most if not all are looking and the market is getting better so Bayer will have it coming to them if things don’t change quick. Place sucks

Well if that’s not a sign for us all to get out I don’t know what else to tell you. Look who Bill and his catalysts chose to drive the ship. We are all doomed between Paul and the choices of VPs. I mean Johanna’s is why over his dead. It’s like the blind leading the blind in oncology. Terrible decision making will lead to failure. Leave while you can.

At this point I would take Saleskiller and Wassel back. The decisions made by PB and Bill are beyond pathetic and very juvenile if you think about it. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE is polishing up their resume because they don’t plan on staying around to sell Kerendia. That drug is dead. Move on Bayer.

Funny you say that. Kerendia is quite literally one of a small handful of drugs that are keeping the entire company afloat. Get back to your home study materials.

    Oh….OK Paul.

if Kerendia was keeping the company afloat reps wouldn’t be leaving in such large numbers. Reps aren’t making money because they can’t get doctors to write any scripts.

Those reps “who can’t get doctors to write any scripts” shouldn’t be here in the first place. They can’t sell $hit. We need and want real professional sales people here, not those losers.

Agree 100%, probably 1/3 should be shit-canned cause they can’t sell. They are perhaps fine “representatives” but we need sales people not gladhanders.
