Stryker owns wright, wright still collecting from the lawsuit against 28 for patent infringement? Multiple patents? Or is that still in court? Looks like Stryker getting paid or gonna get paid out regardless, last I saw their argument in court was successful. Does Stryker just swallow them up and spit them out after all this? Until then why would anybody buy them and be responsible for patent infringement lawsuits?
Treace wants a lot to sell—-but the bull has no growth or distraction to poor performance with something. You cannot just cut your way to growth.
BS. It's a publicly traded company and despite a major share price correction it's still overvalued relative to their financials. We are beyond the point of saturation in terms of orthopedic competitors. None of them make any money, the race to the bottom is well underway.
In general growth is name of the game. Both paragon 28 and Treace are purposely staying unprofitable with a heavy emphasis on investment in r&d &/or commercial channel to drive revenue. You only get one shot to flip to profitable so you better have commercial channel &/or bag filled.
