    I agree with the previous poster that gemtesa reps maybe have until the end of the year meaning fiscal year. Thinking that sales team will be gone before April 2025. This place has become so toxic and draining.

    This company is in its current execution state due to its long history of incompetent leadership. There have been countless pathetic leaders who have contributed to the demise of this company. Many of the contributors of this great failure no longer remain at the company.

    Company needs to file WARN reports of #’s of laid off employees by state or face steep fines… and these states are getting the unemployment assistance requests so they know and gearing up for the fines. So many states like MA and CA are desperate for revenue and having major budget shortfalls. We can’t afford multi-million dollar F-ups because the HR staff from the Vants are inexperienced.

    I wish this company would just file for bankruptcy. Their stupidity is unbelievable. Why don’t women’s health also have Gemtesa? Such a wasted opportunity for more revenue for this organization. They need all the money they can possibly get

    According to leadership it is because sales force is not meeting the metrics! You need depth and breadth, deciles 7-10 only! Duh? And make sure to have 10 calls a day , 8 of them samples. That’s the only way to succeed. Do not worry about having an actual sales call and conversation with HCPs, meet the metrics, open that IVA!

    This is easy to do. I work 2-3 hours a day, 4 days a week. Sales don’t matter and I leave very few samples so it always a sample call every time. My manager doesn’t care what is done and tells our team to only focus on the metrics. I am going to ride this gravy train until the end. Best job ever.

    Really? I didn’t know WH didn’t have gemtesa. I thought they were trained on it. So they only have myfembree and no gemtesa? Yea agree with you. It is stupid they didn’t get gemtesa too. MSPEC is sitting pretty with all those OB writers with already pretty large territories.

    Anyone with a GED could figure this out. Gemtesa is a cash cow. Everyone, including women’s health should have had it almost a year ago Don’t give us the sob stories of being broke, if you had any brains, we would be making lots of money for Sumitomo

    Unfortunately for all of the us, many of the leaders that delivered poor results are still here and continue on the leadership team. USMC is making a huge mistake by keeping the Sunovion legacy. They are terrible and stuck 2 decades back.
