    JR and HK have already destroyed the company; there is no turning back. The focus on the patients is gone, the heart for the sales force is gone, and the intellectual knowledge is gone. The ONG launch was a joke! The IPX pre-launch last year was far better in comparison. Goals are a joke. I hope they hold HK accountable for them! Since nobody is at goal, maybe she will go in a plan.

    There is no DOD or reimbursement initiative. There never was. It’s a way to keep BC busy doing something. I think he is in training, helping out now, but not doing much else.

    BC was promoted to lead the Lyvispah team. You know the team that failed and 80% of its reps are now on Plans for poor performance. The team that was encouraged to sell off label. The team everyone knew was a bad idea. But the ‘Leader’ gets promoted. When his team failed he was put in charge of putting together the new team for JR’s DoD/VA initiative. A really big deal was made about it. It was one of the reasons they gave for GP to be terminated saying he didn’t have the bandwidth or experience they needed for someone who’d be leading PD AND these new initiatives. So we got BC. Who also has 0 experience working with the DoD etc. Now, here we are several months later and at the Town Hall where every leader from every division was recognized and every new initiative updated….crickets on this DoD thing that JR said was going to be a big deal. To be honest it wasn’t something I noticed until I saw it pointed out here.

    I believe some of you live in a fantasy world. As was said earlier HK KCS and JR are not going anywhere. HK has gotten away with acting the way she has for years and always seems to pop up in bigger better compensated positions. She absolutely plays favorites, engages in ageism and has the morals and ethics of an alley cat. But so what? It obviously has not affected her career as she is employed and the people she fires are not. HR is always there to protect the corporate officers of which she is one. They will do nothing to her less they be accused of covering up. If they admit these things and fire her they open up the Company to a lot of litigation because they are basically admitting it’s true and the Company is at fault. Thats never going to happen. Not to mention all this talk of getting lawyers etc is just that….talk. People talk about it all the time but never follow through. It will be no different here. No one is going to bring a lawsuit against the Company. Which brings us back to the beginning. Nothing is going to happen to HK, her sugar daddy JR or her minion KSC. The sooner you realize that the better you will be

    The DOD was a scam just like she is. It was her way of telling MM that his services were no longer needed. What did she have against him? It certainly wasn’t his age because he’s a lot younger than Helen. But…. I never asked him cause that is so rude!

    Employees past or present may not have to file a lawsuit to bring the company down which would include the fall from grace for JR and HK. Morale is at the lowest point ever. Reps. and RBMs are feeling unwelcome here so employees will only do the minimum job requirements. No more leaving home at 5:00 am and getting in after 8:00 pm all for the good of the company. So…. drip, drip and so it goes. Specialty and Endo teams will not be needed so HK will not be needed. As far as JR,, someone with his ticket cost may not be needed to run a generic house with a side order of biosimilars. So the poster above must be the one living in a fantasy world if he or she believes this company is in a growth position with billions of dollars flowing into the company’s bank account.     It was a good week this week at Amneal. We were invited to ring the bell in Wall Street!!!


    Then we cancelled

    And we only lost one employee from the PD side! Sure they’ve been here forever and have a wealth of experience and knowledge but it was only 1!

    There will probably be at least 10 who will be dismissed based the trumped up action plans. They just want to clean house without paying severance. Let HK run a contract sakes force and see how well that works out. Rytary and Unithroid is flat.

    No way! I’m guessing people are leaving on their own free will? Haven’t heard of anyone leaving or being terminated but I live in a bubble. I hate to see anyone lose their job and without severance: cruel.

    You definitely do live in a bubble! People who are put on Plans are basically being fired. So they leave on their own before they actually get fired. The last round of layoffs were back In October. With HK putting these managers and Reps on Plans she is, in essence, terminating these people

    She wants to terminate them because they have a 10 year contract on Unithroid ending soon, so that’s out.

    IPX-203 won’t be able to compete with generic Rytary. Let’s be honest. When has a patient said Rytary doesn’t work well enough?

    there is a transdermal CD/LD patch with great efficacy launching as well.

    And Ongentys won’t make enough money. It was already a failed product after Neurocrine launched it and ditched it citing “unsustainable launch.”

    Why would they need and reps or RBMs in specialty at all?

    I think they’re scrambling to buy something else and trying to find reasons to fire people because if layoffs are announced, what company would sell their drug to Amneal?

    they want to get down to the minimum number of reps that Ongentys contract requires without doing layoffs.

    And they’re going after older reps and RBMs because they make more money and don’t fit Helen’s vision of a young, hungry and unquestioning sales force.

    Well, Helen is not too bright because when lawsuits are filed it will tarnish Amneal’s reputation in the industry.

    Not sure what information is true, but the company is in a state of panic. Reps. will be leaving in droves because they smell something fishy.
