Check Teva NS and Intra-Cellular posts. Since July they haven't been reporting data. We have been wondering why everyone was under goal in T3.

"Psych rep here from another company. We didn’t make goal Q3 and didn’t understand. Like huge drop in attainment despite people saying they’re writing and writing. We knew of one or two Genoas not reporting but I guess it’s more than we thought. Sucks especially since they put these pharmacies in BH facilities."

"so how are they going to figure out our goal attainment and payouts without this data?"

"Short answer is they can’t. This will impact some territories a lot and some not at all. Now they have to figure out how to “play it” to avoid calling the third and fourth quarter reporting into question."
"They are talking about this and our company on the Teva neuroscience website. Said they knew about it in July. At least we aren’t alone."

    From the Teva NS thread:

"All this stems from the real problem that dates back to July. Genoa issues with reporting data and not knowing exactly how territories are performing. I have a buddy at Intra-Cellular and they are going through the same. A lot of venting on CafePharma about this situation with many companies since it is affecting all specialty pharma that sends scripts to SPs like Genoa. This compounded with all the changes at our Sr. leadership level was just a disaster waiting to happen, but yes, where is the communication to the field!"

This shouldn't be new news to anyone. Any IQVIA data reported that was supplied by their vendor reporting specialty pharmacy distribution, has been short to non-existent since late summer. There are several major pharma companies being affected by this including us. It's not unrealistic that we will be paid on projected data moving forward until this vendor fixes the issue or gets their act together.

It doesn’t impact everyone the same way. Some territories have little impact and they should be fine. But some of us are seeing top writers drop big time. The projected data isn’t working. Tough to trust this system.

Another pharma company rep here--we had a dramatic drop off beginning in July of this year. Entire teams under water and some not affected at all.

This sounds like a class action suit. We don't make goal, we don't make rankings, then we don't make a merit increase. Company still made money on the scripts sent thru Genoa.

Seen this play out before. The company makes their number and Wall Street expectations because the wholesale sales go to the bottom line once product ships. All the big shots, who don't actually have to meet a sales goal, get their high raises, promotions and stock. The field eats it and suffers with lower bonus, merit and stock. Not to mention threats and abuse every week from our managers. Some people will end up on PIPs because they won't get credit for HCPs who are writing prescriptions. This is a mess and they won't admit it or make it right. Bet on it.

Because the reason we were spun off is to separate us from OUD so there isn't a negative impact on OUD when we are laid to rest.

Our drug sucks, if you can't see that we are a laughable product with zero resources, well .....

This is a place for ex GSKers to hang out, thats all

True we are our own unit now. Maybe the drug we were attempting to buy would have kept us around longer??

But we are the do-gooder unit. Not associated with the past misdeeds. Maybe more important than we think

The drug doesn’t suck, you do. It was priced wrong from the beginning but you all can’t sell anything! It’s no wonder you were all laid off at GSK…Mitch did you a huge favor, maybe try to hit your number once?!

Spend more time strategizing to make your number and less time making excuses.

Reality you need to digest is iqvia data in aggregate is a mix of actual and projected… your account folks clearly don’t have deep relations with account hq level or else would have known of changes coming. Fact is major landscape shif t in works where iquvia will have less than 50% of actual data from some select markets as customer resist sharing with iquvia know the value of the data they are being underpaid for by iqvia

if the above is true then we need to dump TRx as a measure for bonus.

We need to dump trx as a bonus

They have known for a long time.
    They don't really care!

My manager walks around saying "I'm retired"

She tells everyone she is retired!

We are a dumping ground for GSKer's who don't want to retire so they come here to retire.

This is where you come to die

I learned today there are companies that pay for prescriber level data for Genoa. How can a psych based sales force overcome the lack of transparency regarding lost business?
