All of these companies are shit. The same people bounce from one pharma company to the next. There are also "lifers" who move up the ranks. If you pursue a career in pharma, you might start out with good intentions. Still, eventually, you will see the dark side of this industry and make a conscious decision that you are willing to sacrifice your integrity for money or pursue a different career.
