Has anyone ever made a compliant to Hr? Is it truly kept anonymous?

i know of several who've made complaints. If you are complaining about a rep who is over quota, nothing will be done. If you are complaining about a director or higher, nothing will be done. Well, not nothing, you'll get a target on your back.

If you're complaining about your DOS, know that they will hear the complaint and will likely figure out the source. Not saying don't complain, but have a backup plan.

If HR complaints really got anywhere, we'd be missing one of our current rvp's. Caught using company money to buy gifts and vacations for family members. But still here.

Another one had multiple sexual harassment and discrimination complaints against him - and they were verified - he has been promoted a few times since - place is a joke!

Hello do you know who is in charge of HR??? LAS will never help you, but she will snake you given the chance

That's the problem - the buck stops with LAS and she's got TB wrapped around her finger - JF and DP are her puppets, too

Never. Ever go to HR about any complaints. You will have a big target on your back and will get laid off eventually. Never. Ever.

if you have a true legitimate complaint, go to your states labor board.

Without question Leigh Ann is the epitome of what a HR person should never be. She is truly evil and revels in others pain. She has screwed so many people over here its insane. Yet she is still here..a big reason this company is so dysfunctional

LAS represents everything that is wrong with this company. As long as she is here nothing will change

I once had a concern with mgt regarding a very minor issue and approached HR in confidence for advice on how to resolve. Needless to say my concern was directly and immediately communicated to mgt and things went downhill from there. I never realized how quickly and how far one could fall from grace while trying to do the right thing for themselves and their family. My conclusions from the entire situation are 1: Bioventus HR personnel (as well as mgt) are only concerned for their own skin, their career and their standing with their boss (and not you), and 2: HR is only there to protect the company, it's assets and mgt from any potential legal issues . . nothing more. They are not concerned with protecting you, your health, your lively hood or your rights UNLESS it can potentially harm the company. Then YOU become the issue that will be "resolved". I've worked for many fortune 500 companies in my life, and never have I encountered such a concentration of sociopaths and liars in any one company. I'm almost out of here now and will be leaving on my own terms. Do yourself a favor and consider the same, because the grass is greener elsewhere. When you mention to your new or potential employer where you're coming from, they understand exactly why you left (which is amazing).

tldr: If you work here, avoid HR, know your rights, CYA and seek legal counsel when in doubt. If you don't work here, avoid this bitch and count your blessings.

I completely agree with the above post. My DOS went missing for over a week. Turns out he took a vacation without telling us, his reps, or the company. Well, company found out and the dos didn't get in trouble, but the rep who notified the company was hung out to dry and eventually forced out. I keep my head down, never offer opinions and just keep my eye out for the first chance to escape this embarrassment of a company.

As has been noted on this thread several times Leigh Ann represents the worst of the worst. She has screwed so many people over during her time at Bioventus. She has no conscious, its like sport fishing for her....but someday it will come back on her, there is no doubt

Its true LAS is one of the most twisted HR people I have ever met. Her focus seems to be on hurting individuals rather than guiding and supporting them. Perhaps she was tortured as a child, and paying us all back for her pain? Either way she is truly at the root of so many of this company's problems. Getting rid of her would be a step in a positive direction.

Just saw this post, could not agree more about Leighann She gives HR a bad name, how she still remains at BV is puzzling. Obviously management is aware of her poisonous behavior, its gone on here for years.

I know a rep went to the HR about age discrimination. Fired a month later. Long time rep, tons of awards, fed to the wolves by HR. Will continue to keep my head down as I send resumes out and find a new home.

The above is true, just look back at all the CEO awards over the last couple years and count how many ended up at an HR desk. A total dis-balance. Their main focus is recruiting replacements.
