So your admitting that ESS is responsible for our poor performance and inability to grow share above that of our competitors!!!

I think there is more than enough blame to go around.

    It's "you're"

Moron. No wonder we are in so much trouble. Or as you would put it, trubble.

ESS rep was right! (Can't believe ESS themselves admitted this!) They are the reason we can't beat our competition. ESS are arrogant, suboptimal skill leveled and refuse to take accountability for our poor performace with Farxiga and Bydureon.

The point being made, I believe, is that without ESS there would be little to NO share. We have what we have due to specialty, PSS reps aren't sharp enough to call on the cream of the crop targets.

Well everyone knows that Farxiga performance at launch surpassed all expectations- that was prior to ESS group being formed and DSS's were calling on endos! It was only AFTER removing the effective DSS' from calling on endos and replacing with ESS that shares dropped and brand began to underperform and struggle.

Oh yeah the ESS reps are special. In my territory there are 9 endo's. none have written Farxiga in over a year. They Rx the class. Wait news flash, the ESS reps don't make calls on them bc it's a 25 -35 min drive for them. I just looked and one of them was there last week, happy new year. My share is at 30%. The excuse is they are no see's, I use to see them when we first started. In fact I used to do many lunches in both offices. All I ask is for them to try. So now they want the Dss opps PSS to start helping them out and go back in and try to rekindle the affair, damn that only took 3+ years to ask. Oh I see it's tied to our FSIP.
Cant wait to rush on in maybe around the 8th of March just before the pow wow in sin city

You will go back in well before that because you are tied to ESS FSIP. ESS runs this division...now go and make the call, leave samples and "rekindle." I'll be at the mall. Chop chop.

My ESS reps are so lazy. Only one works. The rest go to local-ish offices where there are multiple prescribers. That's a full day. ESS was the worst idea from the start. Nothing specialty about the division.

Anyone dumb enough to remain in diabetes deserves to be there. Oncology is the place to be. The only division AZ cares about.
