What do you hate about AZ??

You know AZ is not a good company to work for. A lot of their decisions leave me wide eyed and asking myself "What were they thinking?" What do not like about it?

What do I hate about AZ? Not one single damn thing comes to mind! I made it through every single downsizing they've had. I work around 3 hours a day (sometimes less like today). I cheat on expense reports when I can (add restaurant gift certificates to the total bill). I get a gallon of free gas for my mower every week. I make more per hour "worked" than the docs I call on. I use my counterparts to hide behind. I could easily come up with more, but you get the point. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE AT AZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't agree more!!!!!! I worked an average of 2 per day last week! This is the greatest company in the world!

And you're proud of that? How do you even justify your existence?

 

If there was one complaint I would have, it is with CEI who sings us for every little issue with our car even when we are not at fault. At the very least if we get a camera ticket, it should come to us first so we at least have a chance to fight the ticket. In some parts of this country, the system is a nightmare where set traps everywhere and ticket you with no points but want your money. However CEI still gives us points. It is absolutely ridiculous and an added stress to this job we don't need. Tickets should always come to us first.

 

How do I justify my existence you ask? Very easily at $140K to $150K per year, with very, very little work! Nobody at AZ works a full day! There is NO NEED to because of the huge # reps calling on the same docs for the same product(s). If you work all day, then you are either simply stupid, or delusional in the idea that it makes a difference.

The pay sucks!! Especially if you have been here for a while. No way to get more money & they screw us on bonus fake COE rankings every time.

 

That is is not alone. I know a rep who gets loaded at meetings, shows up late the next morning and still protected. Ridiculous.
