totally wrong! True expansion launching one product next month and another in Q3. Great leadership yes small so typical growing pains but you feel wanted and truly part of team. Look all pharma jobs come with lots of risk today. There is some risk but also lots of upside

Why arent they hiring people with experience in the areas they're selling? Seems like the people in charge are expecting royal blue bloods to sell their wares...nothing less...

I'm calling on OB/GYN now and I have a great track record with great numbers.
    No phone screen or interview.
    What's up with Touchpoint?

Which territory? I can't believe some of the people they've hired within the past month. Very little or no pharma sales experience, not even OBGYN. Some of these idiots don't even know what a prior auth is. Smh.

Liar. Publicis is well known for not hiring orders reps.

Totally wrong!1 No new products to launch unless you count the prenatal that is a total nightmare-3 times the cost of competition and only way to acquire is mail order. Leadership is also clueless. Low base and crappy cars bad enough part of contact sales but when 40% of reps and managers make no bonus for the quarter and leadership makes no adjustments it is time to leave. Looks like market starting to open up a bit in second half of year.

You are 100% correct it is time to look around. I have a high volume terrotory and great coverage so I only work about 4 hours a day 4 days a week. Under this pay plan I am all but guaranteed to be in the top 10% if I work or not. Leadership is clueless unable to engage sales force and motivate a sales force. Product is old with no new studies and boring as hell to detail. With my territory this is like a vacation. I am just plain getting bored I need a challenge informed leadership and a company with a future.

Above 2 posts are right on. This is a total shit show. Leader is a clueless ego maniac, marketing run by a guy who never been in pharma and is just a mini me to our leader and Canada has no idea what the US market is like. Just look at Mteryti, joke of a launch, priced 6 times competitors, weird mail order only then we cut the price after 60 days of total failure to 3 times the price of established competitors and icing on the cake 4 out of 10 reps get no bonus due to lack of Mteryti sales and the other 60% gets dinged for lack of Mteryti success Genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great way to motivate a sales force , keep them engaged and give them just another reason to look for a new job. I have a final on Friday and have been home past 2 days preparing. 6 of the 10 in my district looking hard everyday and my guess majority of sales force looking. We actually have a group text where we share opportunities.

To both of you. Don't let the door hit you in the butt on your way out. If you are not happy then leave. There are tons of qualified unemployed pharma reps out there. Won't be hard to replace you quickly.
