Some recruiter keeps pushing a GI position with Shire on me, but has been pretty sparse with the details on pay and benefits. Any idea what I can expect for base + commission? Company car / allowance? 401k? Insurance? I'm tired of jumping through endless amounts of recruiter phone screens and whatnot, only to find out their base is 30k below where I'm already at with "unlimited commission potential".

Stay away. Perry, big douchebag now running the division and he's chasing off all the most competent people there. This group will soon implode much like Neuro did when he took over. At least you don't have to deal with that witch Kobe, but I'm sure he has someone equally disfunctional ready to jump in. Tell the recruiter, NO THANKS. Unless you are out of work.

Hey Kathy you really need to stop posting. We all know it's you based on the fact that you only respond when you are called out directly. That, or your one "friend" who you put up to this to deter the countless dissatisfied people who are exposed to your nonsense.

    Sad!

Had a phone interview, moved along to a f2f. Doubt I'll take it, but for anyone interested...

    Company car
    Tiny territory
    90-95k base, 30-40k commission
    High (no specifics) 401k match
    ESPP

Sounds like a decent offer, but it's a lateral move financially for a worse product than I already have.
