I got a great idea for the next few yrs... don't launch anything new, raise prices, less resources, delay loyalty program, and push the hand indication with 0 KOL speakers or Physician injectors. How do you think that will workout for us?

BH can't do anything about aesthetics as he has no clue. Agree....Bill is a liability and could not be more fake about world class bullshit.

Let's get off on the bury BH deal. JH is the one who runs the aesthetic division. And since he's come aboard he has only slashed marketing, slashed bonus payouts(10 out of 100 at plan?), and increased prices about 8 times in 3 years. It's only a short term profit game for him. He could care less about his sales reps and least of all Merz customers. It's sad because it's short term thinking. Turnover is almost 100% every 2 years. Wish he had the prospective to think beyond the next quarter or fiscal year. We can't compete if we do not invest in the tools to compete. He's not looking to grow revenue only to hit his short term profit goals. Too bad, once upon a time this was a great division to work for.

Come on muff that statement is so accurate. The ranking reports don't lie. We have averaged close to 100% turnover and the price has been increased multiple times. How can you argue that with your simpleton responses. Just let it go
