    This is how disconnected senior leadership is! That's all we wanted to hear!!! Are we getting paid the 40% of our bonus that is based on company performance or not? WTF?!?!

    Because of the hard work and difficult circumstances under which GSK employees have been under this past year, the bonus this year will be "special".

    I've heard the same, that because of the positive 2015 performance, this bonus will be excellent!

    This new ranking system is complete bull sht. Worthless reps getting 2's, great reps getting 3's. This put's 100% of the power in the DM's hands. The more you swallow the better your ranking will be. I have a DM that has BB's for balls so there is absolutely no way he will go to bat for any of his reps. 3's across the board.

    3's across the board? Where are your 4 and 5's. Just another indication of what we all know, the stacked ratings are not applied to all functions across the Company. Disgraceful and shameful that this is allowed to take place. Ms Thomas, how do you allow this?

    To post #9.. I guess you would prefer the previous system. our remember, the one which had COTs. The one where 80% of the sales force cheated. Thats the one you want?
