Oncology Performance Connection Ratings Rule

    I'm fairly new to BMS Oncology. My manager told us everyone gets a 2 rating in at least on performance behavior category, especially after calibrations take place. How long has this been going on? I don't find this motivating. I'm working to excel as best I can. Any suggestions

    Not true. That happened last year but not this year. Oncology is kicking ass and our RBD told us that we would be seeing a lot of 3-4 and some 5s, unless Lynelle has a changes direction. It's her call apparently.

    i would like to know who your DBM is so I can transfer. Worked my ass off this year with good results and my oncology DBM said we are all getting 2's at best. The first post seems accurate. A 2/5 does not motivate loyalty or another year of hard work. Might as well start golfing

    RBD said the Lynelle wanted 2s again but most RBDs fought her and our new Preaident Chris B stepped in and forced her hand. No mandated 2s for 2015.

    It is BMS' way to have ready those lower ranked employees, when they conduct a "reorganization". .. . Shit company to work for, cause you never feel safe
