Translation; mass lay offs on the way. This is planned to be done in slow phases with the aim of cutting costs by eliminating duplication of call activity on the same customers. Finally some rational strategy.

Phase I has already started in HQ with the layoff of sales support staff. Phase II is being rolled out by restructuring that will target high salaried, legacy pension employees most of whom are in sales management and managed care. Phase III is aimed at us but it will be done in drips instead of floods to minimize the financial impact. Stay tuned. We will all know our fate in the next 12 months.

Just like in 2012, this layoff will be all about cutting costs. It will have nothing to do with how good you are performing. It will target the most expensive employees those with the most tenure, highest salaries, and who qualify for the Zeneca legacy pension. Trust me, nobody is immune from these cuts. People will be shocked to see some of these people who will be forced into early retirement.

More layoff BS to get everybody stirred up. Not a single person has been laid off, nor will any be laid off! Where do you morons get this stuff? All you want to do is to worry people. Many have said on here that Frenchie will likely expand to sales force, because he is so stupid, along with the rest of our so-called "leadership team". Frenchie spends money like it grows on trees! Relax and work your 3 hour days, and enjoy your wonderful employer!

You need to talk to someone who works in HQ if you think layoffs and forced retirements are not going on right now. Wake up.

Please get rid of the moron who thinks it is a good idea that DSS & ESS share ic. Why should my compensation be tied to accounts I am not allowed to call on?? Please, don't say it inspires teamwork, because we are separate teams & ESS does not know a thing about teamwork.

WW3 is about to break out in our district. Enough is enough with this "specialty" BS. SLT needs to read this thread and take action. It's such a distraction to have to manage my team through this clear failure.

    Yes!!!
That's exactly what leadership needs to do... make decisions based on cafe pharma threads.
    Brilliant!

It should be noted at the very least. It's honest, anonymous feedback. Taken with a large grain of salt it can be useful. There are a multitude of replies and views. Lots of good insight.

86,000 views lends some credibility to your suggestion, it sure is a hot topic. I know for a fact that corporate reads this, but it is mostly for entertainment purposes I believe. ESS couldn't cell ice to a camel, it's true.
