is it discrimination if a regional director doesn't say hi to you at a sales meeting or are you just an opportunist reaching for any type of situation where you could cash in on a bogus suit instead of doing real work and making bonus?

one of the press releases when the lawsuit was first announced talked about the "terrible discrimination" going on at DS. It used the example of how "female reps were expected to go out to dinner with male doctors"..........

    Hmmmmm......

    that sounds bad, right?

    ONLY...........

Weren't male reps expected to go out with male doctors? Weren't female reps expected to go out with females doctors? Weren't male reps expected to go out with female doctors?

    OHHHH!!!

so ALL REPS were expected to go out with ALL DOCTORS!! i get it...you know, like all sales people in all industries are expected to wine and dine with all customers. It's kind of how the whole sales game works, ya see?

But let's just pick and choose our wording into sleezy legalspeak and we can sue!!!

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! HAVE YOU NO MORALS OR ETHICS??

26 pages and not ONE SINGLE PERSON can present any sort of valid argument to justify this bogus money grabbing lawsuit. You want me to stop? Shut me up with a valid defense of any of my questions. No snarky comments or childish insults.....just a logical statement proving your side.

    I DARE YOU!

    Meh, frauds

It's just a shame that there really is some people suffering from discrimination out there and they'll get grouped in with these type of frivolous money grabs.

Way to set back other true victims while trying to cash in ladies!

Here's a thought......why not just do you job and mak bonus to earn money?

How about just cashing the checks to earn the salary you agreed to? An offer letter is just that.....here's what we offer to you to do the job. Do you accept or decline? I didn't know "I'll accept now but complain later" was an option.

    Dopey, dopey, dopey

They lied! I am reading it now! My bonus structure was never even a bit what it said! I am talking my goal bonus! I don't have ability, despite being in topt 10%
    To make that much! Dope!

If you buy a car for $25,000 and then you find out someone else bought the same car for $22,000, do you have the right to go back to the dealership and ask for the same price?

How is your salary negotiation any different?

Newsflash, these dopey broads will never see a dime. They were just blinded by $$$, when they should have just shut their pie holes and enjoyed the great salary for doing very little work.

wow....an average of $3,300 per "victim". Was it really worth it? Enjoy that 3k while you're interviewing for your next job and a google search ties you to this money grab.

    Happy 2016!!

I think this settlement proves the basic fact that we all knew and was so beautifully discussed here. It was a lame money grab and is a laughing stock of a result.

It feels so good to be on the right side of things ;)
