Deepsea. You are a moron. Who do you work for and why are you on this board if you have nothing intelligent to add?

Covidien is a great company. You will make 120K-$150k with a car year after year. Nellcor has a huge installed base. The only competiton is Masimo and they continue to step on their own feet. The best way to defend your business is communicate and let Masimo blow it. I am in Florida, I dont think they have a rep here now, Masimo reps dont last very long, not sure why. Dont care

You dont know what you are talking about. I bet you are divorced a few times and in debt up to your eyeballs. Yes, every company has issues, but pharma is not going away and neither is Nellcor. Masimo may be dying but only becuase they make poor business decisions. As long as Nellcor pays 7.5% Masimo will be in business. I hope you are retired now, you are definitely tired. All companies evolve into something different and your old ass is going to be broke and talking about how people ruined your life instead of stepping up to the plate and making a difference. Your liver wont last until 2020 so what do you care

Masimo used to fire people on the spot and they would still like to, but most people are quitting so they are too busy trying to get employees to fire them. Masimo is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. If you want low pay, no benefits, and being threatened go work there

Im in the final interviews, and wanted to ask what the outlook is for the Patient Monitoring division? I can see from other posts that certain product lines are constantly laying off reps.

From the website, I gathered that VitalSync is the latest offering, but has there been other new developments? Are there new products coming from the R&D pipelines?
Finally, what's the latest scoop on the royalty payments to Masimo? I find some information on their website, but wanted to hear Covidien's take.

How are these reps still around after losing so much business to Masimo? Masimo is taking so much business away, only a matter of time before MT is going to step in and remove the drape coving this sh#t sandwich.
