the entire NBU has been required to hold this outdated Vyvanse marketing material for months. the failure of Shire to require its sales specialists to send this non compliant material back in a timely manner sends the message that Shire does not really want reps to send it back but utilize it in the field.

That's why they are no longer paying to have it stored.

Someone find out who in the government we need to send this to and provide details, OIG?? Maybe everyone goes to their local congressman or congresswoman and drop it off and say we do not feel comfortable holding onto material that is out of compliance and Shire is no longer paying for it's storage

Come on... we are better than this. I'm with you on how messed up it is we are losing our storage units but now you are reaching. .. lets stick to the facts... kk/Shire has screwed us over a little lately but they don't want us to use our expired material.. come on man... you know that deep down... this post should be over and we should stick to the storage unit post.

We were a little over 3 months into the BED launch when the FDA told Shire we couldn't use our marketing material including the BED starter kits. Reps were told not to use these items but were given no instructions to send them back. We were in the middle of a BED launch contest. The contest was not put on hold . We received new materials including Starter Kits, what 2 months later? If Shire really did not want us to use that material they would have sent instructions to send it back then or put the contest on hold. They did neither. Sadly, we are being run by such incompetent leadership that they are putting the entire company in jeopardy.

Agree. During the BED contest were there really any reps not using the recalled starter kits with coupons?
