Sprout/Valeant contract

Will Valeant roll over the contract reps for Sprout after 45 days? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

There was nothing about that in offer letter

 

Hiring manager said the sales force will roll over in 45-90 days

 

my hiring manager didn't say that, said they would be expanding come January

 

The plan is to hire 50 more reps in December

 

Does anyone know if sprout got offer letters out to reps yet for the Addyi contract? I interviewed last month and I asked theAshfield headhunter and she said she hasn't heard yet.

 

offers have been extended and on boarding is almost complete before training starts on the 21st

 

Waiting to do drug test

 

Talked to the Ashfield manager last night and he confirmed we will be rolled into valeant. A timeline has not been set

 

Valeant is a nasty horrible company to work for. I was told after a year if you are doing well in the position you will be rolled over

 

They never roll anyone over they say that on every contract

 

This is true. Valeant will dangle the carrot about being rolled over but never will do it.

 

Ashfield recruiters are a waste of life. Hoping that company BOMBS...

 

Is anyone still waiting to hear from the Ashfield recruiters? Have all offers been extended?

 

i think offers are all out. Start on Monday. Our stuff is arriving this week.

 

Did anyone hear if they are giving us cars? We already had a Conf call with our team

 

I haven't heard anything about cars yet. What about being drug tested? I have not received any info.

 

I was told no drug screen test info has been sent out. However our training materials and tech is supposed to arrive by Monday.
There will be a National Meeting the week of the 12th. Supposed to find out location today.
Company cars won't happen till after we roll into valeant in 90 days

 

Drug test info thru labcorp was sent last week . Most people I know did it yesterday or today. Managers sent out email saying all should have received an email already.
