    I was told to introduce our medical specialist to my high potential prescribers.
    Then they would present unapproved information to grow sales.

    Give up people. As I have stated before the government isn't concerned about off label if they eventually get the indication and no one was harmed. Here the government has decided to get involved. The lawyers can still move forward but it is much harder without the government. Google the civil action # listed below to view the entire complaint. Pretty weak off label case, most of it seems true but weak.

    This matter comes before the Court on the United States of America's Notice of Decision to Decline Intervention in Qui Tam Action [Docket No. 13]. The United States has declined to intervene in this action under the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. ยง 3730(b)(4)(B). It is

    ORDERED that the parties shall serve all pleadings and motions filed in this action upon the United States, that the parties shall serve all notices of appeal upon the United States, and that all Orders of this Court shall be sent to the United States. It is further

    ORDERED that the United States may order any deposition transcripts in this action. It is further

    ORDERED that the United States may intervene in this action at a later date, for good cause. It is further

    ORDERED that, should the relator or defendant propose that this action be dismissed, settled, or otherwise discontinued, the Court will solicit the written consent of the United States before ruling or granting its approval.

    They declined intervention. The complaint does throw her manager and regional under the bus.

    That is/was NOT the only suit that was filed. Dig deeper.

    If there are others they still might be under seal so not available to the general public. There is also a first to file claim so others might be SOL.

    You wont win for off label promotion. Not that big of deal anymore and there is no damaging evidence except target lists which mean nothing. Good luck.

    TARGET LIST is one of the MOST crucial pieces of evidence.
