    Applied is a company with SOME good products and SOME good people, but it has reached the end of its rope unless it sells to a larger entity with PROFESSIONAL management that not only knows how to drive business to the next level but how to motivate and retain employees are happy enough that they want to make the company successful. I know no one at Applied that gives a shit about the company's success beyond what the impact on their next paycheck is.

    I am not the one who is complaining, I have been making >$250K since I got hired last year. I am loving it.

    You are one sick puppy for not liking where you work at and still sticking around. Can I assume that you are also still staying with your parents too????

    Only someone who just moved out of mommy and daddy's house recently would say something so rediculous. This is probably your first job with any type of benefits you have had since getting out of school. You think you've made it big since you now have you cell phone in your own name. 250k yeah right

    in case you r*****s haven't figured it out, management is trying to do some serious damage control on this board, mostly to persuade anyone who is actually thinking of joining Applied to think it's not as bad as it really is. Plus if you read back the past 6-7 months, someone from management is posting complete nonsense and things that have nothing to do with the posts in an effort to boost all the negative ones. Steer clear of this bad apple......

    Sure sure.... As far as I know you are the only one who is not making the big bucks at Applied.

    You don't have to be shy to admit it. Work harder.

    X+Y = 250k
    X=60k
    Y= ? Show your work on this comp plan to get Y dipshit. How many GelPoint do you have to sell?
