Micromanagement, poor sales tactics expectations, low pay for the industry, and insufferable management in CNS, all the way up to SB who couldn't make it through a POA without having a slide-deck about her grand vacations.
The entirety of this company that is legacy Forest is utter trash. You're better off working at Taco Bell; they probably at least say "thank you" for your efforts.
ABM is very unethical and rude, doesn't know how to coach, breaks so many HR guidelines, and doesn't live by the CREDO. It's appalling. Every rep in the district is afraid to go to HR because HR will actually go against the reps, and the rep will end up on a PIP and fired.
The company has no idea what they are doing, they have one guy who calculates reps ICP and pay outs on an excel spreadsheet and is always sending out wrong numbers and rankings, small pharma is a joke
The job paid well, and that is where the love story stops. The company is going down the tubes. Management is awful and the pipeline is consistently failing. Upper management doesn't know how to motivate or keep the right employees, and lower management has turned to extreme micromanaging to cope with the stress of territory failure. Not a happy place to work and I'll take a pay cut to get out of the company so that I can work for a place that values their employees.
