A good company to work for and get your foot in the pharma door. The base salary is in the mid 50k and the bonus plan changes often. Bonus could range from $1-$12K per quarter. If your willing to to work hard, fight for the prescriptions in every office you will succeed. Managed care/insurance is average and not covered for state plans. Co-pays range from insured $20 to un-insured $200. Overall, management is positive and great people all around.
