FDA put the final nail in the coffin for Xeljanz with Death & Cancer added to PI.

Last line of treatment when all other meds fail, is pretty much death sentence.
No more payer formulary coverage.
No more GI use
No more Ped use
RA use by Rhuems will crash to hardly nothing.

The drug only had 2yrs LOE anyway so this burries it early.

Look for Pfizer to collapse entire Xeljanz Division like they did Cluster 1 & Cluster 3.

Smart wise ones have already long ago left, taking future in their own hands when the ship started sinking and captians bailed 1st with Pres & VP in the same month!
Evident by the 70% turnover in DMs past 18 months & 55% turnover with reps.

They rest will die with the once beautiful Titanic at the bottom of "could have been ocean"

And those divisions had LOE drugs with clean label compared to Xeljanz.
The lack of backfill LOE pipeline, killed those divisions, not label.
