Xeljanz div DOA now-Dropped last pipeline compound

Xeljanz/ Rhuem division is dead on water now that HQ made decision to scrap the last remaining compound for Nash.
As a result no products in pipeline post Xeljanz in 30 months. Even Lupus compound schedule 2028 has been suspended due to 5 other Lupus drugs ahead including two in next 6 months.
Xeljanz is DOA now. No lifeline so save yourself and dont look back.

If Vic & John were not a clue to reps 2 yrs ago then Blackburn leaving should be or just look at what Betrice & Jeff have turned this division into. It viewed lower than Primary Care now

Just look who they are hiring from PC. From Xentral RD who is nice guy but wasnt remotely qualified and a token hire.
The massive amount of reps who left this yr (over 20%) have been backfilled with the lowest calibrated reps a few years ago in PC when they went to 3 Clusters.
Poor leadership leads to poor hiring & culture that ends in a total collapse of a once great division to one that is viewed internally as less than PC. Now rolling out this ridiculious Non Sales Naviagator Service Rep Model.
