I know someone on the interview panel and they said there is definitely a front runner from the outside. His name is Steve Bowe and he's currently a safe fleet training director for a big pharma company based in Florida. Hope he gets it. We need this kind of leadership upgrade here.

Heard same rumor about Steve from Fla. Guy has won a multitude of awards and comes with quite the shrine. Heard he's not afraid to take credit for others work though... tough to manage.
 






Apparently this guy Steve would be a nightmare manager....rumor has it that his hot button is precall planning....when he was a rep he had dozens of notebooks containing color coded questions for doctors, and kept copious notes after each interaction.
