He is an effective manager who knows how to treat his reps respectfully. He is a leader. He doesn't pass the blame or point the finger at someone else. Good guy, good manager, motivating, I'm jealous!!!!

Lol. Sure. Whatever. Name one time where SS went to bat for a rep. He's a yes man, smiles, and tells stories, just like anyone else riding the wave of insanity. Corporate 101. I know of multiple reps that have turned to him for help with specific issues to be handled. It's becomes a policy of avoidance, no follow up, no closure, just passes the buck. Cheerleader. Not a leader. But reps like him because he's nice. How sweet. These same reps most likely have not had to depend on him.
