You’re the biggest asshole of the bunch. Get a job and stop being a cry baby. We have moved on, so should you.Nobody has resigned. It’s the end of January?
You never grow gray at Galderma. So many are laid off monthly and find themselves with a skill set and experience that doesn't meet current market demands and at an age when finding work becomes increasingly difficult. Galderma is too small to be relevant in consumer or pharmaceutical making it more difficult to land a new jobEx-Galderma here. I used to work for one of these guys. It’s very telling how the entire executive team failed to secure a better role. What does it tell you about how this company was managed?
After Diane it appears Silvina won’t make it either. Guess Flemming cannot attract any real talent.and now we have a new US President with no US market experience at all! Sheesh, the Flemmster has no clue
Not one of the former senior executive leaders has landed an equivalent or better job. Unemployed, consultant or, in the best case, working for a third league company. They have learnt how valuable their Galderma management experience is in the real world. Zero.Did any fired senior Galderma leader move on to something better? What is Miles up to nowadays?
Galderma has damaged a lot of people. I know former colleagues are still looking for decent jobs several years after being laid off.Not one of the former senior executive leaders has landed an equivalent or better job. All the small dicks who behaved like kings while working for Galderma are self-employed or unemployed.Galderma has damaged a lot of people. I know former colleagues are still looking for decent jobs several years after being laid off.
>10%. Most remain unemployed. How many of the ones who were let go by Fleming landed a better role?
overpaid, aged over 50, inflated egos who believe that a lower position is beneath themHow can you be unemployed after 2 years??? McDonald’s is always hiring and you’ll make more money there vs Galderma.
That’s the reason.overpaid, aged over 50, inflated egos who believe that a lower position is beneath them
It’s a lot more difficult in Switzerland where jobs are few and far between.>10%. Most remain unemployed.
And many unemployed are jealous of the few whom have landed a better job.>10%. Most remain unemployed.

everyone knows that age discrimination is out there, but it‘s so hard to prove
