I like to know that those who thought they had all the answers when they ultimately got smacked with real life and had an 'oh sh*t' moment!
Most of them in their mid-50’s forced to retire earlier than expected. For those with teenage kids, how embarrassing to be hanging around at home and having to find excuses.
Life is tough, unfair and often cruel. Those that had power have nothing left. They got laid off and are devastated although they would never admit it. Most will probably never recover. Many dented egos.

By now they probably all realize that the word Galderma on a resume spells "never work again".

The sad thing is how much we paid these people as their level of incompetence was astonishing. Alexander Brennan, Can Ongen and Christian Albrich were complete and utter failure on all fronts.
Not only were they incompetent, their sense of entitlement was unreal. Me, me, me!
