Emails about vacations to the Canary Islands? Videos being sent out that undermine all the real issues the sales team is facing? Where did these people learn to manage? They are completely and totally in their own warped reality. Sad and scary

Thats just it, they NEVER learned how to manage. They keep promoting each other to higher responsibility with each company they infultrate. They also NEVER ask for or receive any feedback nor any development training whatsoever.
