What is funny is that even when I took the Gallup having the questions, the results were extremly accurate. It was very scary what the results revealed to the manager. Bottom line, the questions will help but you but can also tell if you are full of shit or an idiot. Good luck everyone.
 


so you had the questions before? did that help or did it make a difference? I am taking it next week and am curious as to what types of questions they ask. I am a liitle freaked out after reading all these comments.

above poster. questions are typical and easy. do you live to work or work to live? do you work hard? are you a leader? do you need a manager? do you like recognition of your hard work? 3 most proud accomplishments? if you have ever been in an interview before, you have already heard all these questions. don't sweat it so much.

Even though I had the questions & did great, I ended up being #2. I lost to a candidate who had 4 years calling on IV Radiologists. I talked to the recruiter last week and that guy is looking for a new job. It seems that the new division I was interviewing with is about to go under.
