I'm just wondering. One of our teammates was PIPd by a new manager who didn't like him after one ride along.
Was it a mass thing throughout Shire?

Remember a sales job is based on actual performance. The reps that were fired did not achieve the required sales expected of them - - - plain and simple. Sales jobs do not get participation trophies. If you don't like the pressure of achieving sales goals, you are in the wrong job. Morale means crap because each sales rep, if they are good, is selling 8 hours a day and five days per week. It's simple, make your numbers and you will be fine. If you don't make your numbers, expect to be fired. Plain and Simple.Morale is AT AN ALL TIME LOW, people are scared, talking, and looking. Many don't feel like this is a good place anymore or that they can trust anyone in management anymore. Nobody wants to refer anyone for the openings, why would they?!?!
NOTHING has been said or mentioned about what happened last week. Something needs to be said or done. OBU needs a call, a meeting, something bc this place is now toxic and that's not good moving forward. Many feel disconnected and in limbo. DO SOMETHING MANAGEMENT IT IS NOT BUSINESS AS USUAL!

The silence is deafening. In a few months, only 2-3 reps will be staying from my team. Interviews done & some offers already accepted. Loyalty is due only to those that are loyal.

Poor performance leaves a paper trail.
In most cases, the OBU representatives who were let go had no trail whatsoever.
Also, for posters who come on here and puff there chest out and talk about not "cutting it", etc.
Karma will get you, I promise. How you treat others is how you will be treated.
