Morale is AT AN ALL TIME LOW, people are scared, talking, and looking. Many don't feel like this is a good place anymore or that they can trust anyone in management anymore. Nobody wants to refer anyone for the openings, why would they?!?!
NOTHING has been said or mentioned about what happened last week. Something needs to be said or done. OBU needs a call, a meeting, something bc this place is now toxic and that's not good moving forward. Many feel disconnected and in limbo. DO SOMETHING MANAGEMENT IT IS NOT BUSINESS AS USUAL!

your the perfect shire droan, hours per day? how about build relationships with the doctors and they will want to do things for you. working hours per day and days per week means nothing if you are just the typical pharma rep coming by to ask for their next 5 patients, friday at 5pm

That's a no brainer. There's aggressive achievers and docile lazy losers in sales force. The low ranked drones get PIPd !!!!!!!
 






It's not eat what you kill sales. it's qtr to qtr growth combined with a goal some jack wagon came up with and a lot of shady shit manipulation.

It's funny how all the hard nose sales leaders are in their positions of power because they are friends with Flemming. When he gets the boot (coming soon) they will be on to the next.

The silence is deafening. In a few months, only 2-3 reps will be staying from my team. Interviews done & some offers already accepted. Loyalty is due only to those that are loyal.

Shire's losing reps left and right. A former rep went to training at a new job and 2 or 3 other former shire reps happened to be there. Companies and recruiters are noticing people want out and this leadership and lack of bonus pay is the primary reason why

Stock set to open at a 52 week low. Maybe Flem Phlam should be putting in 8 hours a day 5 days a week.

Its the same person over and over. Responses are too quick to be an over achieving rep busy hitting the pavement 7-6 M-F as he claims... either a paid troll, home office or TP.
