Wendess Raddatz

While I love the fact that someone is willing to defend Wendess, I'm not sure why. He might be a nice guy on a personal level (I can't attest to that either way) but on his job performance, let's admit it - he sucks!
He came into Surgical as what, some healthcare economics guru or whatever the hell it was. He droned on and on about irrelevant topics at meetings that put us all to sleep. Then, in some sort of power struggle, he unseats Gerry to take over National Accounts? What has NA done? Nothing but give away the farm with Novation (Gerry's fault on that one), give us a toothless Premier agreement, and then under Wendess' watch, lose Consorta and our chance at HPG, tell us we're on the verge of getting Broadlane - which didn't happen and give us nothing on any other agreements.
His team muddies the waters (hello Alex Ricci and Robin Szarmach), hires inept tools (Emily Elswick - what has she done other than ride Dixon's coat tails?) and provides zero value to the fields efforts.
But, by all means, keep defending him.

Also the fact that Bellows is still with the Company should tell you the problem with the NA group under WR.

Completely forgot about Bellows. Goes to show you how much impact they have on our business when you either forget they're there or who is on that team. McGovern bailed on them when he saw the HPG debacle coming and they have Stocker up in the NE doing who knows what.
So, it goes back to the original question, what leadership/value does Wendell really bring?

Bellows is a real piece of work.
