So is there an expansion with the sales force? Noticed a few openings just pop up near me and wasn't sure if there just was some turnover or not. The same position seems to be vacant every year or two. ( I am in diabetes for another device and keep an eye on Dexcom).
 












I was a top performing rep at Dexcom. Loved the company, product, and my team. It was a pretty cush job (IMO) - def wasn't perfect by any means. But I enjoyed it compared to my other roles in the Med space. But made the decision to leave because goals were just impossible to hit and have any real opportunity making good money. Goals were ever increasing by the quarter. Def demoralizing. Also, I could see how Dexcom has turned into a Pharma type role - calling on PCP, have a calls-per-day quota, etc.

Glad I left though. New job is a grind, but I have a real opportunity to make 125-150K more (same base of 90k) vs Dexcom OTE goal.
