This is the worst commission plan Phildo has come up with yet. You want to know why sales are down??? It’s because we are not getting paid!

I can’t even afford to work here. There are only 10 ASR’s hitting goal and making money.

Fourth quarter will be the highest goals of the year and if no one is making money now it will only be worse. I’ve been here 6+ years and this is the the worst commission structure they have come up with.

Then to work 45 hours a week and to get points taken away because billing is horrible is the last straw. Work as little as you can to get by and look for a replacement job. That’s what most of us are doing.

I live in a bigger city so there are always jobs and I am constantly messaged on LinkedIn. I used to just reply “no thank you” but just last week I set up two calls for this week.

I love Natera but I also love making money. So if that doesn’t change by the time I find something new I will have to say good-bye.

There is no incentive to sell with this comp plan and there is no explanation for why the ups and downs of % to plan.

Pete needs to get on a call or send an email explaining what the hell is going on but we only hear from him or our AD’s whenever there is some bs project to work on.

Should be things I trust more than management! Phildo’s high water mark especially for Q2 -that EVERYONE knows is a slow quarter- is a slap in the face. Steve has mentioned it in multiple town hall calls but Phildo persists this is a good idea.

Sales are slow because this plan sucks.

Sales are slow because we take care of all the shit that billing, lab, operations screws up.

Sales are slow cause we take 20 calls a day from patients.

been here 6+ years and have never experienced the lack of transparency on comp like this. we are having the best quarter of the year I am below 50% payout. My ASR is looking to leave and don’t blame her when nearly no one is making any money.

it’s time to brush up the resume.
