So there are 10 CFS’s that are headed towards a Q3 commission. WTH is going on???
I can’t even afford to work here. There are only 10 ASR’s hitting goal and making money.
Fourth quarter will be the highest goals of the year and if no one is making money now it will only be worse. I’ve been here 6+ years and this is the the worst commission structure they have come up with.
Then to work 45 hours a week and to get points taken away because billing is horrible is the last straw. Work as little as you can to get by and look for a replacement job. That’s what most of us are doing.
Looking as we speak but it’s brutal out there. You know it’s a bad job market when the recruiters are on LinkedIn begging for jobs.
It’s important that no one understands the comp plan.
