How in the hell can we receive October sales reports before September reports. There are 20 days before Q3 bonus payout and still no reports. Also, the October reports are riddled with errors. (There appears to be yet another glitch). The manipulation of data in this company is out of control. Im done!!

Yeah, go ahead and have that lawyer send that letter, then I guarantee that within 5 days of them receiving it you will get audited for your expenses,samples, company car, whatever they can find and fire you.
I totally agree with you about sending a letters but for it to be effective it would have to be a class action law suit.
Them screwing with numbers is just the nature Of the biz, period. All companies screw reps.

Not criminals just bad business people that have the company cash strapped because of all their bad decisions. No one has had their C suite resign en masse like Flemming. Bad leadership desperate to save as much cash as possible including screwing with bonuses.

If this is what you aspire to, then you should never leave Shire. Do yourself a favor, don't ever look at other opportunities outside this company, b/c once you find out what other companies pay their reps and how they get treated like adults, you will fall into deep depression.
